Hey guys,can you transfer music from my pc to my ipad? I dont have itunes on pc but i have a lot of good songs that i want to have in my ipad. I havent tried it but can you do this or do you have to download some kind off app??

Question by : my music isnt syncing on my iPad 2 after updating to ios!?
i just updated my iPad 2 to ios and it wont sync my music or my apps wont work! i went into the summary and he says my music is on the ipad but when i go to the music icon on my ipad it says “no music you can download music from itunes” . ive tried rebooting it and syncing and everytime i do press sync it says it has synced but my music is not on my ipad only on my itunes. and also all the icons for my apps are on my ipad but when i click on them it refuses to work!! help please!!
