Question by bravesirobin93: Why does the AIM app fade out my iPad music?
When I get a message on the iPad AIM app, it fades my music to an almost unintelligible low volume. However, I have sounds turned off for the push notifications. The music volume stays low until I completely close and end both applications. Any suggestions?

Because you cannot multitasking on the iPad imguessing. I amm running a jail broken iPad and my music plays just fine because I am running a program called backgrounder that allows you to switch between apps without closing them.

I just got the Alesis io Dock for my iPad and I’m trying to choose the best recording app.
I have garage band but it leaves something to be desired in the way of making legitimate sounding music, ie No vocal compressor and things of that nature.
So what is better, Multitrack DAW or Meteor ?

Well first off any digital recording/editing software for audio is a DAW (digital audio workstation) system. I haven’t used Meteor but Garage Band seems pretty user friendly for beginners. There are hundreds of free plugins on the internet. I believe that Garage Band uses AU and VST plugins. Garage band does have compressors. Garage band also has more editing options and goes a little more in depth.

There are many the third part soft wares can help you to do it ,usually I use the tool imediago because it can transfer the videos/music/photos to pc/mac/iTunes from iphone/ipod/ipad each other.
So,I think the imediago may help you,you can go to the youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDVtLpWWjrs for learning more before you try it.
However ,you can also to search other tools or ways on the google or some ipad forums.good luck.

I’m searching for a semi professional music producing app that doesn’t require a PC for samples and such. I want to make some minimal beats on my Ipad when i’m bored. It doesn’t matter how expensive it is. Looking for something like Fruity Loops Studios. Thnx
